The success of my clients is the best measure of my abilities as a coach. As a personal and career coach for women and girls, I have over 20 years’ experience in corporate Human Resources, and I have spent well over 10,000 hours coaching on a wide range of personal and professional issues.
I am a member of ICF (the International Coach Federation) and a graduate of the personal life coach Certification Program at Coach U.

I especially enjoy working with women and girls (individually and in groups) on:

Balancing work and personal life
Life transitions (marriage, becoming a parent, illness, divorce, loss of job, retirement)
Exercising better self-care (physical, mental and emotional)
